The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on gitabet, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotional terms.

By accessing gitabet, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

gitabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support@gitabet.

These Terms apply to all Users of gitabet regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the Platform. They apply equally to real-money wagers and to the use of Bonus Funds. They are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all specific promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

To access real-money products on gitabet, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The registration process requires a valid mobile phone number, a unique username, and a password of sufficient complexity. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration details and to update them promptly if they change.

Eligibility requirements: You are eligible to register and maintain an Account only if all of the following conditions are met at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of, or are physically located in, Bangladesh at the time of registration and use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of gitabet or its affiliated game providers.
• You do not already hold an active Account on the Platform. Each person is permitted exactly one Account.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation binding on you personally.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. gitabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@gitabet immediately.

KYC verification: gitabet may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a passport, a copy of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in your name, and a recent selfie. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. gitabet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on gitabet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet within minutes of a successful mobile banking transaction confirmation.
• Your banking PIN or OTP is entered exclusively within your own banking application. gitabet never requests, stores, or has access to your mobile banking credentials.
• gitabet does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile banking provider may apply transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedule.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be rejected and refunded.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit (the "same source" rule), subject to the limits of that payment method.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been fulfilled.
• gitabet aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on payment method and volume of requests.
• The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or for amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Withdrawals to payment methods other than the original deposit source will not be processed except in circumstances where the original method is no longer available, subject to full KYC verification and management approval.

gitabet offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are set out below.

General bonus terms:

• Bonuses are available to users who have a verified Account in good standing and who have fulfilled any minimum deposit requirement specified in the relevant promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per User, per household, per mobile banking account, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Wallet alongside your Real Money balance but are held separately for accounting purposes until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period.
• When both Real Money and Bonus Funds are present in your Wallet, Real Money is typically wagered first unless the game or session is funded specifically from a bonus balance.
• Certain game types (e.g., live casino tables, specific slot titles) may contribute at reduced rates — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. The eligible games and contribution rates for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• gitabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited, any accumulated wagering progress will be retained but the remaining bonus balance will be removed.

Seasonal and BPL promotions: gitabet offers special promotions timed around key Bangladesh occasions including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). Specific terms for these promotions will be published on the Platform in advance and apply in addition to the general bonus terms above.

gitabet offers a range of products including a sports sportsbook (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), a live casino (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), RNG slot games, and crash game titles including Aviator by Spribe. The rules governing each product category are as follows.

Sports betting:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules published for each sport and competition. In the event of ambiguity, gitabet's interpretation of the applicable rules is final.
• Bets placed on void, postponed, or abandoned events will be settled as void and stakes returned to the User's Wallet, unless specific settlement rules for the market state otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended at any time. gitabet is not liable for any failure to accept an in-play bet due to connection issues, suspension of the market, or other technical factors.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), gitabet reserves the right to void bets placed at that incorrect price, even after initial settlement. Users will be notified and stakes returned.
• Cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI Series, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals are available subject to scheduling. Match odds are updated in real time during live events.

Casino and slots:

• All casino games use random number generators (RNGs) independently certified for fairness. gitabet does not control or influence RNG outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction (disconnection, server error, or software fault), the round in progress will be treated as void and any stake returned to the User's Wallet. Any winnings from a malfunctioning round will not be paid.
• Game rules specific to each title (paylines, minimum/maximum bet, bonus round mechanics, RTP) are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for reviewing these rules before wagering.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are subject to the specific terms of the jackpot network and may involve verification before payment of large prizes.

Maximum winnings: gitabet applies maximum single-transaction and daily winning caps across product categories. Specific caps are published within each game or market. The Platform reserves the right to limit winnings from accounts it reasonably suspects of exploiting software errors, collusion, or other irregular activity.

As a condition of using gitabet, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information; impersonating another person; or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age; facilitating access by a person under 18.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether personally or through an agent.
• Collusion and cheating: Coordinating bets with other Users to manipulate odds, exploit platform mechanics, or share information to gain an unfair advantage in live games.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity; structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile banking provider for funds that were genuinely deposited to and used on the Platform.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, software errors, or pricing mistakes to generate abnormal profits; failing to report known exploits to gitabet.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at gitabet support staff or other users through any channel.

gitabet reserves the right to investigate any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the Account and any associated funds may be frozen. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and all funds therein — including real-money deposits and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at gitabet's sole discretion.

gitabet may suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Confirmed engagement in any prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Account inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. gitabet will attempt to notify the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy fee or closing the Account.
• At the User's own request — self-closure requests submitted to support@gitabet will be processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the User's verified payment method after any applicable KYC checks are completed.

Self-exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion by contacting support@gitabet. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the selected period has fully elapsed. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or withdraw. Remaining Real Money balances will be held securely and returned when the exclusion period ends (or immediately upon permanent exclusion request). Appeals: If you believe your Account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit an appeal in writing to support@gitabet within 30 days of the suspension or closure notice. gitabet will review all appeals and respond within a reasonable time. The Platform's decision on appeals is final.
